退款

Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing our furniture. We have formulated clear return rules in accordance with international cross-border trade regulations to protect both your shopping experience and reasonable rights.

1. Return Timeframe


  • For USA customers: You may apply for returns within 30 calendar days after package delivery.
  • For EU customers: In compliance with EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for non-quality reason returns.

Returns will not be accepted beyond the above valid time limit. All returned items must be in original unused condition, complete original packaging, intact foam protection, full accessories, screws, manuals and no assembly, damage or scratches.

2. Eligible Returns (Seller Responsibility)


We bear all return shipping costs and issue full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product quality defects: structural instability, cracking, deformation, defective hardware, material mismatch.
  • Shipping damage: broken parts, crushed frames caused by logistics transportation.
  • Wrong delivery: wrong color, wrong size, wrong item sent by our warehouse.

Once you provide clear photo and video evidence of the problem, we will arrange solutions including full refund, part refund, replacement or free parts resending without return.

3. Ineligible Returns (Buyer Responsibility)


Returns will not be accepted under the following situations:

  • Change of mind, unsatisfied with personal preference, wrong size expectation, mismatched home decoration style.
  • Assembled, installed, used furniture with traces of wear, stains or scratches.
  • Missing original packaging, damaged carton, lost accessories, screws or installation manuals.
  • Man-made damage caused by improper use, wrong assembly or improper cleaning.
  • Normal slight wood grain difference, minor color difference of solid wood & fabric, which belongs to natural material characteristics.
  • Clearance, discounted items marked as Final Sale.

4. Custom Made Furniture


All custom furniture with customized size, color, pattern and exclusive design is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for severe manufacturing errors and quality defects on our side.

Before custom production, we will confirm all design details with you. Once order confirmed and production started, no cancellation is allowed.

5. Shipping Cost & Restocking Fee


  1. Quality & logistics issues: We cover all round-trip shipping fees, customs duties and provide full refund.
  2. Non-quality / change of mind returns: Buyer shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees, customs clearance fees and import duties.

    In addition, a 15% restocking fee of the order amount will be deducted from the refund for warehousing reprocessing, inspection and repackaging costs of large furniture.

6. Return Procedure (RMA Required)


  1. Please contact our customer service via email/website message with your order number, reason for return and supporting pictures.
  2. Our team will review your application within 2 working days and provide official RMA return authorization number.

    Items returned without prior RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. After receiving authorization, please ship the product back to our designated overseas return warehouse.
  4. Our warehouse will inspect the item within 5 working days after delivery.
  5. Qualified refund will be processed to your original payment account within 7-10 working days.

7. Warranty Policy


All our furniture adopts eco-friendly solid wood and durable hardware materials. We provide 1-year structural warranty on main furniture body against normal daily use.

Warranty covers structural damage and hardware failure, excluding artificial damage, daily wear and surface scratches.

8. Sustainable Commitment


To reduce global waste and fulfill our environmental mission, we prioritize repair, part replacement and partial refund solutions over unnecessary long-distance large furniture returns. All qualified returned furniture will be refurbished and recycled reasonably.
